Partner/Provider Questions
Is there a criteria for being our partner?
We do not have any criteria, we work with any organisation or company that offers support to our customers to help them access employment and vocational training or to overcome barriers that prevent them from getting the job they desire.
How can we support one and other?
As our main focus is supporting people seeking employment, if you have something to offer our clients, please get in touch. Hopefully together we can work together to improve our service to the people who matter.
How do we build and maintain partnerships?
Our aim is to form productive collaborations with partner organisations in order to achieve a simplified journey back to work for Newcastle residents.
What resources do we have to support our partners?
We are keen to promote our partners support to all jobseekers, we do this is several ways:
We help get your information to other practitioners working in the field of employment and skills by facilitating Futures Talk. This is a communication tool used by over 200 practitioners at any one time. If you want more information on this or wish to share your support to other providers, who can signpost their customers to your service, go to our Futures Talk page to learn more.
We also host reconnection events. For these events we invite external partners to talk about the services they provide. This is information that practitioners such as employment advisers/JCP work coaches require for their clients. If you are interested in presenting or participating in any future events you can contact Kelly Leybourne: kelly.leybourne@newcastle.gov.uk
We are a new provider in the area. Can you help us?
Yes, we are always happy to expand our partnership, whether that is to make referrals to your new provision, offer ours to your clients, talk about how we can collaborate in the future or perhaps just to help you find your feet.
